由于受到聘用制环境下高校人事档案管理制度供给非均衡的影响,我国聘用制环境下高校人事档案管理出现了严重的失范现象,影响了聘用制功能的发挥和高校的持续健康发展。
Owing to the unbalanced supply of college personnel records management system in hiring system, there is a serious anomie in the management of college personnel records under the hiring system in our country, which affects the function of hiring system and the sustained and healthy development of colleges and universities.
