目的:观察高强度聚焦超声治疗慢性盆腔疼痛的临床疗效。方法:30例妇科慢性盆腔疼痛患者用高强度聚焦超声对骶前神经进行热辐照治疗,子宫腺肌症还对子宫局部病灶进行热辐照治疗,治疗后随访观察1~18个月。结果:治疗后12个月疼痛基本缓解,B超显示局部病灶回声增强,血流消失,瘤体缩小约3 cm。有3例病人治疗后出现轻度下腹痛、尿频及便秘等症状,1个月内完全消失,其余病人均未见明显副反应。结论:HIFU治疗时无创伤、无副作用,是治疗妇科慢性盆腔疼痛的一种安全、有效方法。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of high intensity focused ultrasound on chronic pelvic pain. Methods: Thirty patients with chronic pelvic pain in gynecology were treated with high-intensity focused ultrasound for thermal irradiation of presacral nerve. Adenomyosis was also treated with thermal irradiation on the local lesions of the uterus. The patients were followed up for 1 to 18 months. Results: At 12 months after treatment, the pain was basically relieved. The ultrasonography showed that the echogenicity of the local lesion increased and the blood flow disappeared. The tumor was reduced by about 3 cm. Three patients had mild lower abdominal pain, frequent urination, constipation and other symptoms after treatment, completely disappeared within 1 month, and the other patients showed no obvious side effects. Conclusion: HIFU treatment without trauma, no side effects, is a safe and effective treatment of chronic pelvic pain in gynecology.
