洛阳白马集团公司是一个以纺织、服装业为主,兼营医药、机械制造及商业贸易的综合性集团公司,是全国首批13家获得“两纱两布”自营出口权的企业之一,年销售收入在7亿元以上,自营出口创汇2300万美元以上,在全行业综合效益排名中位居前列。1989年,公司在总结提炼的基础上,提出了“严细求实,团结奋进”的八字厂风。1999年,在集团创业41年之机,拉开了企业文化建设的序幕,把“严细求实,团结创新”作为企业精神。 “严细求实,团结创新”,这种以“创新”为核心的白马精神,体现了白马集团的行业生产特点、管理要求和发展思路。“严细”就是生产要细,一丝不苟,管理要严,要高标准、严要求;“求实”就是按客观规律办事,在工作中积极主动,脚踏实地,老老实实做事。
