本文采用声发射检测室温形变20CrMnTi钢三点弯曲试样碳氮共渗层的开裂强度及其它性能参数。结果表明:声发射技术可以较为精确地测量渗层的开裂强度,判别试样破断过程;同时表明:适量室温形变可提高共渗层的强度,改善其综合性能。
In this paper, the acoustic rupture strength and other performance parameters of carbonitriding layer of 20CrMnTi steel specimens were measured by acoustic emission at room temperature. The results show that the acoustic emission technique can measure the cracking strength of the seepage layer more accurately and discriminate the fracture process of the sample. It also shows that proper room temperature deformation can improve the strength of the common diffusion layer and improve its comprehensive performance.
