由于总图布置或工艺要求,常需将建构筑物建在毗邻原有建构筑物或原有厂房内,这些新建筑物的基础、地下室、水池、地坑或设备基础等往往比原有建筑物的基础为深;而且又往往达不到新旧两基础间的净距应不少于它们底面高差1～2倍(视土质不同)的安全距离。如何将新基础(或构筑物)在不影响相邻基础安全下植入,有时未能引起足够的重视,因而造成不应有的损失,不同的对待有不同的结果。
Due to the layout of the general plan or the requirements of the process, it is often necessary to build buildings and structures adjacent to existing structures or original buildings. The foundations, basements, pools, pits, or equipment foundations of these new buildings are often better than those of the original buildings. The foundation is deep; and often the net distance between the old and new foundations cannot reach the safety distance of not less than 1 to 2 times their bottom height difference (depending on the soil quality). How to implant new foundations (or structures) without affecting the safety of neighboring foundations sometimes fails to attract enough attention, resulting in undue losses. Different treatments have different results.
