报告１８例球形肺炎的临床、Ｘ线表现及误诊情况，并结合文献对其病灶形成机制等进行了分析，讨论了球形肺炎与肺肿瘤、结核球等肺部球形病灶的鉴别诊断。
The clinical, radiographic and misdiagnosis status of 18 cases of spherical pneumonia were reported. The mechanism of its formation was analyzed in combination with the literature, and the differential diagnosis of spherical spondylolysis between spherical pneumonia and lung tumor and tuberculoma was discussed.
