文化交流是推动社会前进的动力,随着社会经济的发展,文化交流日益增多,成为世界文化进步的一个重要条件。中原文化是华夏文明之根、中华文化之源,在推进中华文化走向世界的过程中扮演着重要角色。因此,如何进一步扩大中原文化对外交流,展示文化强省魅力,促进中原经济区建设,是一个重要的实践课题。
Cultural exchange is the driving force for promoting social progress. With the social and economic development, increasing cultural exchanges have become an important condition for world cultural progress. The Central Plains culture is the root of Huaxia civilization and the source of Chinese culture. It plays an important role in advancing the Chinese culture to the world. Therefore, it is an important practical issue how to further expand the culture of the Central Plains to foreign exchange, demonstrate the charm of the culturally strong province and promote the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone.
