采用活体前房灌注的方式比较了目前国内临床上常用的4种前房灌注液(生理盐水、复方氯化钠液、复方乳酸钠液及相加平衡盐液)对兔眼角膜厚度的影响。在90min的连续灌注过程中,分别测量30,60,90min时角膜厚度的变化,将结果进行直线回归分析,计算出生理盐水、复方氯化钠液、复方乳酸钠液及相加平衡盐液的角膜平均增厚率分别为69.89μm/h,58.44μm/h,39.28μm/h及13.68μm/h。提示相加平衡盐液对角膜内皮功能影响最小。
The effects of anterior chamber perfusion (physiological saline, compound sodium chloride solution, compound sodium lactate solution and balanced salt solution) on rabbit corneal thickness were compared with the methods of living anterior chamber perfusion. Corneal thickness changes at 30, 60 and 90 min were measured in continuous perfusion of 90 min. The results were analyzed by linear regression and the corneas of normal saline, compound sodium chloride solution, compound sodium lactate solution and balanced salt solution were calculated The average thickening rates were 69.89μm / h, 58.44μm / h, 39.28μm / h and 13.68μm / h, respectively. Tip balance salt solution on the corneal endothelial function minimal impact.
