目的研究檵木叶的化学成分。方法药材采用丙酮提取,利用大孔树脂柱、ODS反相柱、硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术进行提取分离,根据波谱数据对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从檵木叶中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为β-Dglucopranosyl(Z)-3-hexenol(1)、ampelopsisionoside(2)、红景天苷(3)、2-hydroxy-5-[3-hydroxybutyl]phenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(4)、杨梅素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(5)、6″-O-galloylsalidroside(6)、绿原酸甲酯(7)、绿原酸(8)、杨梅素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)、alangionoside-A(10)、benzyl-α-L-rhamonopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(11)。结论化合物1~4、6、10、11为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical composition of alder leaves. Methods The herbs were extracted with acetone, and the compounds were isolated by chromatography on macroporous resin column, ODS reverse phase column, silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral data. Results Eleven compounds were isolated from alder leaves and identified as β-Dglucopranosyl (Z) -3-hexenol (1), ampelopsinoside (2), salidroside -hydroxybutyl] phenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), myricetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (5), 6 "-O- galloylsalidroside (6) Α-L-rhamonopyranosyl- (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (8), myricetin- glucopyranoside (11) .Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 4, 6, 10 and 11 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
