目的了解上海市金山区苯及其化合物作业企业职业危害现状,为开展防治工作提供依据。方法对该类企业进行抽样调查,收集劳动者职业健康检查资料,检测车间苯系物浓度,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果作业场所检测苯未超标,作业场所甲苯、二甲苯检测点不合格率分别为4.5%和6.8%。不同性别组工人血常规各项结果差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),不同工龄组工人血常规各项结果差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。12家企业职业卫生工作总费用167.9万元,接害劳动者人均职业卫生经费5 750元。结论应继续加强金山区企业职业卫生监督管理,切实保护苯系物作业工人职业健康。
Objective To understand the status quo of occupational hazards of benzene and its compounds in Jinshan District of Shanghai and provide the basis for prevention and control work. Methods A sample survey of such enterprises was conducted to collect occupational health examination data of laborers, test the concentration of benzene series in the workshop, and make statistical analysis on the results. Results The benzene in the workplace was not exceeded, and the unqualified rates of toluene and xylene in the work place were 4.5% and 6.8% respectively. There were significant differences in the results of blood routine among workers of different genders (all P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the blood routine among workers of different sex workers (all P> 0.05). The total cost of occupational health work in 12 enterprises was 1,679,000 yuan, accounting for 5,750 yuan of per capita occupational health funds for laborers. Conclusion The supervision and management of occupational health in enterprises in Jinshan District should continue to be strengthened to effectively protect the occupational health of workers in the benzene series.
