近年,由于国家对中医药事业的重视与扶持,中成药的品种呈逐年上升趋势。中成药品种繁多,药物组成复杂,若能辨证用药,会发挥疗效,反之,会延误病情或产生不良反应,重则危及生命。我院是一所三级综合性医院,多数中成药都由西医师开具,有的医师对药物的功效、配伍禁忌、注意事项不太熟悉,存在一些不合理用药的情况。笔者抽取2013年我院门诊中成药处方进行审核,并对不合理处方进行了分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。
In recent years, due to the state’s emphasis on and support for the cause of Chinese medicine, the varieties of proprietary Chinese medicines have been increasing year by year. A wide variety of proprietary Chinese medicines, complex drug composition, if dialectical medication, will play a curative effect, on the contrary, it will delay the disease or adverse reactions, while life-threatening. Our hospital is a three-level general hospital, most of the proprietary Chinese medicines are issued by Western doctors, some doctors on the efficacy of drugs, incompatibility, precautions are not familiar with, there are some irrational use of drugs. In 2013, the author extracted the prescriptions of proprietary Chinese medicines in our hospital for review, and analyzed the unreasonable prescriptions to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use.
