目的:了解高中女生月经的痛经的现状及不同达标高中学生痛经对学习的影响。方法:于2012年3月对莆田市一级达标高中一中、二中与二级达标高中十二中、二十四中的高三女生进行问卷调查,每所中学各自500人,共2000人。结果:一级达标高中女生痛经率明显比二级达标高中女生,差异有统计学意义(X2=11.46,P<0.01);在痛经组中,一级达标中女生认为痛经明显影响学习的比率明显比二级达标高中高女生,差异有统计学意义(X2=9.23,P<0.01)。结论:高中女生的痛经发生率高,应引起学生自身、家长、学校及社会的重视;高中院校在抓教学质量的同时也要加强学生的心理卫生工作,通过开设月经病防治的相应医疗卫生服务,校园内增添月经相关的生理与心理卫生的报刊、宣传栏及咨询指导中心等多样化的形式,促进高中女生青春期的的身心健康,减轻经期不适,从而提高学习及生活质量,最终达到身心健康。
Objective: To understand the status of dysmenorrhea in high school girls and the effect of dysmenorrhea on high school students with different attainments. Methods: In March 2012, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the third, fourth and fourth middle school students in the first, second and second grade high school in Putian City, with 500 students in each secondary school, totaling 2000 people. Results: The grade of dysmenorrhea was significantly higher in grade one girls than in grade two girls (χ2 = 11.46, P <0.01). In girls with grade one, girls in grade one had significantly higher rates of dysmenorrhea The difference was statistically significant (X2 = 9.23, P <0.01). Conclusions: The incidence of dysmenorrhea in high school girls is high, which should arouse the attention of students themselves, parents, schools and the society. The high school institutions should pay attention to the quality of teaching as well as strengthen their mental health work. Services, campus to add menstrual physiology and mental health related newspapers and periodicals, bulletin boards and counseling centers and other forms of diversification, to promote high school girls adolescent physical and mental health, reduce menstrual discomfort, thereby enhancing the quality of learning and life, and ultimately achieve physical and mental health.
