目的:观察不同浓度(20μg/mL、35μg/mL、50μg/mL)臭氧关节腔注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效差异,筛选出适合临床应用的最佳浓度,为膝骨性关节炎提供更加经济安全、简便有效的治疗方法。方法90例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为三组,分别采用20μg/mL、35μg/mL和50μg/mL浓度臭氧关节腔注射,治疗膝骨性关节炎。每周1次,总疗程为5周。结果35μg/mL浓度臭氧关节腔注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的总有效率明显高于其他两组( P<0.05);35μg/mL和50μg/mL浓度臭氧关节腔注射的膝关节HSS评分系统、视觉评分量表、简化McGill疼痛量表PPI评分和Ly-sholm膝关节评分明显优于20μg/mL,且35μg/mL较50μg/mL的综合作用更好,安全性更高。结论不同浓度臭氧关节腔注射对膝骨性关节炎均具有治疗作用,但35μg/mL在镇痛和恢复关节功能方面的作用更佳,且安全性较高,适合临床应用和推广。“,”s:Objective To observe the effects of intra-articular injection with different concentrations (20ug/ml、35ug/ml、50ug/ml) o-zone in treating knee osteoarthritis ( KOA) , to screen for the most appropriate concentration and provide a safer, more economic, convenient and effective therapy for treatment of KOA.Methods 90 patients with KOA were randomly divided into 3 groups, received intra-articulan injection of 20ug/ml、35ug/ml and 50ug/ml of ozone injected into arthrosis respectively, once per week, 5 weeks totally.Results Effective rate in 35ug/ml concentration group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups (P<0.05).Compared with 20ug/ml concen-tration group, Hss, VAS, PPI and Lysholm scores were obviously improved in 35ug/ml and 50ug/ml concentration groups.Compared with 50ug/ml concentration group, the comprehensive therapeutic effect was better in 35ug/ml concentration group.Conclusions Intra-articu-lar injection with different concentrations of ozone are all effective in treating KOA, concentration of 35ug/ml has the most significant effects on analgesia and rehabilitation of joint function, concentration of 35ug/ml is safer, and is the most suitable way for clinical application and popularization.
