HCN即超级化激活的环核苷酸门控阳离子通道,其激活后产生的If/Ih离子流是窦房结起搏细胞动作电位正常形成的分子基础。随着对窦房结细胞起搏机制和HCN基因家族研究的不断深入,人们对HCN亚型HCN4的结构、分布、特性已有了较深入的了解。近年来有较多研究表明,人窦房结起搏基因HCN4突变与病态窦房结综合征密切相关。现就窦房结细胞起搏基因HCN4的特性及其与窦房结功能之间的关系作进一步研究和探讨。
HCN is a super-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated cation channel, and its If / Ih ion current generated after activation is the molecular basis for the normal formation of the action potential of the pacemaker cells in the sinoatrial node. With the further study of pacing mechanism of sino-atrial node cells and HCN gene family, the structure, distribution and characteristics of HCN subtype HCN4 have been well understood. In recent years, more studies have shown that human sinoatrial node pacing gene HCN4 mutations and sick sinus syndrome is closely related. Now on the characteristics of sinoatrial node cell pacing gene HCN4 and its relationship with the function of the sinus node for further study and discussion.
