《地方志工作条例》出台以后,志书编纂和地方综合年鉴编纂业已成为各级修志机构两项主要工作。编纂地方综合年鉴已成为地方志工作的一个组成部分。地方志和地方综合年鉴是两种性质不同、功能各异、各具特点的地情文献,不存在以此代彼或以彼代此的问题,它们发展的趋向只能是并行互补,各有侧重,不可偏废,而志书年鉴化或者年鉴志书化均不是吸收两者优势实现互补的表现。 Since the publication of Local Regulations on Work in Local Records, the compilation of records and the compilation of local comprehensive annual accounts have become two major tasks of the self-proclaimed Chi institutions at all levels.
