意大利球茎茴香又叫结球茴香,伞形花科二年生草本植物,其叶柄基部肥大成扁圆球状的假茎,故名球茎茴香,是我国近年从意大利罗马世界粮农组织种质资源室引进的特种蔬菜。经过几年的试验研究,初步掌握了其生长发育规律,小范围种植成功,并有少量产品作为特种菜供应。为了使更多的人了解该品种,并在生产中推广应用,现将球茎茴香的采种技术总结如下。
