本文介绍山东省水利厅研制用聚四氟乙烯推力瓦代替巴氏合金推力瓦的情况,以及在苍山县会宝苓水库电站2号机上进行的真机试验。试验并网运行2400h以上,开、停机十余次,停机不刹车制动,开机前不顶转子,其瓦温稳定在46℃左右,无异常情况发生。试运行期间两次拆卸瓦块检查,其瓦面磨损极其轻微。该研究成果经专家组鉴定认为:制作成本低、安装、维护及操作方便,运动磨损小。
