2011年,中国的广告业第一次突破3000亿元人民币规模,从2000亿关口来到3000亿,中国广告业花了3年时间。而在此之前,从1000亿关口来到2000亿,中国广告业则花费了将近7年时间。整个行业的加速度发展态势趋于明显,国家政府层面也看到了这一点,2012年起,针对该行业的利好政策密集出台,最引人注目的莫过于2012年5月,工商总局制定发布了《广告产业发展“十二五”规划》,广告业的发展规划第一次被纳入国民经济与社会发展规划体系。该份规划文件中明确提到:“到2015年,形成一批具有国际竞争力、年广告营业额超过50亿元的大型广告集团10户以上;年
