The literature enriched trace amounts of molybdenum and scandium in natural water by liquid chromatography. In this paper, the distribution constants of zirconium and iron on anion exchange resin Amberlit CG400 in sulfuric acid, citric acid and ascorbic acid medium were determined. According to this method, forced flow liquid chromatography was used to quantitatively enrich 0.5 μg of zirconium from 1 to 2 g of iron and eliminate a large amount of iron interference.
