目的:观察孕妇瑜伽训练对孕妇孕期体重变化、分娩方式及产程时间的影响。探讨孕妇瑜伽训练在降低难产中的作用。方法:将自愿选择孕妇瑜伽训练的120例作为观察组,同期不做孕妇瑜伽训练的150例作为对照组。采用调查表对两组进行孕期运动情况、孕期体重变化、分娩方式、产程时间及巨大儿出生情况进行调查。结果:观察组自然分娩率、剖宫产率、巨大儿出生率、第一产程、第二产程及总产程时间与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产前检查中选择孕妇瑜伽训练可以使孕期体重控制在正常范围内,缩短产程,降低难产率及巨大儿出生率。
Objective: To observe the influence of pregnant women’s yoga training on pregnant women during pregnancy weight changes, mode of delivery and delivery time. Discussion on the role of yoga training in reducing pregnant women ’s labor. Methods: 120 volunteers who choose yoga training for pregnant women as observation group and 150 women who did not do yoga training for pregnant women as control group. A questionnaire was used to investigate the exercise status of the two groups during pregnancy, weight changes during pregnancy, mode of delivery, labor duration and birth of giant children. Results: The rate of spontaneous delivery, cesarean section rate, the birth rate of macrosomia, the first stage of labor, the second stage of labor and the duration of labor in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Selecting prenatal yoga training for pregnant women can control the weight of pregnancy in the normal range, shorten the birth process, reduce the rate of dystocia and the birth rate of giant children.
