采用相位一致性方法解决遥感影像上电力线的检测问题。影像中的特征,在频率域表现出最大相位一致性,而相位一致性的度量是一个规一化的、无量纲的量,并且对影像的亮度和对比度变化具有不变性,因而便于设置阈值,并且定位准确。试验表明,该方法比常用的特征检测方法检测出的电力线特征效果好,且定位准确。
Applying phase consistency method to solve the problem of power line detection in remote sensing images. The features in the image show the maximum phase consistency in the frequency domain, and the measure of phase consistency is a normalized and dimensionless quantity, and has the invariance to the change of brightness and contrast of the image, thus it is convenient to set the threshold, And accurate positioning. Experiments show that this method is more accurate than the power line characteristics detected by the commonly used feature detection methods.
