唐钢中厚板2号高炉炉缸第7、8层炭砖的热电偶温度超过了500℃,重点分析了炉缸炭砖侵蚀的原因,认为主要与炭砖质量差、冷却壁的冷却比表面积偏低、冷却壁导热性差,以及开炉初期的送风制度不合理等相关。为此,采取了提高[Ti],加强炉缸冷却,调整送风制度,控制冶炼强度,炉缸冷却壁热面灌浆,改善炮泥质量、加深并稳定铁口深度,改善焦炭质量、控制有害元素入炉量等综合措施护炉,使炉缸侵蚀得到了有效控制,并保持了护炉状态下的长期稳定顺行,使各项技术指标得到了优化。
