在高职院校不断发展的过程中,对学生的要求也更高,同时社会对高职院校教育也越加的关注,尤其重视高职院校学生的专业技能能力。在高职院校教学中,实施顶岗实习制度对学生的发展有很大的影响,能够很大程度上提升学生的专业技能以及实践操作能力。因此高职院校必须要采取有效的措施提升学生的顶岗实习能力。本文主要是对高职院校教学中学生顶岗实习的问题进行了研究,并且提出了相关的建议。
In the process of continuous development of higher vocational colleges, the demands on students are also higher. At the same time, society is also paying more attention to higher vocational education, with particular emphasis on the professional skills of students in higher vocational colleges. In the teaching of higher vocational colleges, the implementation of internship system has a great impact on the development of students, which can greatly enhance students’ professional skills and practical ability. Therefore, vocational colleges must take effective measures to enhance students’ internship ability. This article mainly studies the problem of internship of post-secondary students in teaching in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the related suggestions.
