根据核电压力壳筒体锻件拔长工艺的变形特点 ,本文提出衡量其变形优劣的定量化指标 :内部变形均匀度、端面变形率、内孔畸变率和拔长效率。采用密栅云纹法和刚 -粘塑性有限元法研究了核电筒体锻件上平下 V砧芯轴拔长 V砧砧角对变形的影响 ,综合上述各定量指标 ,较合理的 V砧砧角为 110°
According to the deformation characteristics of nuclear power pressure shell forging process, this paper presents quantitative indicators of the deformation of the shell: the internal deformation uniformity, the deformation rate of the end face, the rate of internal hole distortion and the efficiency of pulling. The effects of mandibular V-mandrel pull-out V-anvil anvil angle on the deformation of nuclear-powered mandrel forgings were studied by using the dense-grid moire method and the rigid-viscoplastic finite element method. Based on the above quantitative indexes, The angle is 110 °
