目的:筛选苗药果上叶镇咳、抗炎作用的有效部位。方法:观察果上叶三种提取部位对小鼠氨水、二氧化硫引咳的镇咳作用;观察果上叶三种提取部位对二甲苯致小鼠急性炎症耳肿,腹腔毛细血管通透性,角叉菜胶致小鼠亚急性炎症足跖肿的抗炎作用。结果:果上叶石油醚提取部位、乙酸乙酯提取部位、水层提取部位对氨水、二氧化硫引咳及对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性及角叉菜胶致足跖肿胀均有不同程度抑制作用。结论:果上叶乙酸乙酯提取部位中剂量镇咳、抗炎作用显著。
Objective: To screen the effective parts of antitussive and anti-inflammatory effect on the upper leaves of Miao drug. Methods: To observe the antitussive effect of three extraction sites on ammonia and sulfur dioxide in mice. To observe the effects of three extraction sites on the acute inflammatory ear, the capillary permeability, Antiarrhythmic effect of carrageenan on subacute inflammation of plantar foot in mice. Results: The fractions of petroleum ether extract, ethyl acetate extract and water layer of Fructus Amomi on aqueous ammonia, sulfur dioxide induced cough and ear swelling in mice induced by para-xylene, peritoneal capillary permeability and carrageenan induced in mice Paw swelling have different degrees of inhibition. Conclusion: The antitussive and anti-inflammatory effects of middle dose of ethyl acetate extract of Fructus Orcharpe are significant.
