目的分析反应性浆细胞增多症(RP)患者骨髓各阶段浆细胞的分布情况,为反应性浆细胞增多症临床诊断提供依据。方法每例骨髓片经瑞氏染色后计数200个骨髓有核细胞。骨髓各阶段浆细胞百分比总和≥4.0%时,诊断为RP。结果 46例患者诊断为RP。原浆细胞、幼浆细胞、浆细胞百分比中位数分别为0.50%,4.50%,1.50%;其最大值分别为4.0%,19.0%,4.0%;浆细胞百分比总和最大值26.0%。结论 46例RP患者骨髓中浆细胞百分比并不高,幼浆细胞较多见,原浆细胞也并非罕见。
Objective To analyze the distribution of plasma cells in the bone marrow of patients with reactive serous polycythemia (RP), and to provide a basis for the clinical diagnosis of reactive plasmacytosis. Methods Each bone marrow piece was counted by Wright stain 200 bone marrow nucleated cells. Bone marrow plasma cells at various stages of the sum of ≥ 4.0%, the diagnosis of RP. Results 46 patients were diagnosed as RP. The median percentage of plasma cells, immature plasma cells and plasma cells were 0.50%, 4.50% and 1.50%, respectively. The maximum values were 4.0%, 19.0% and 4.0%, respectively. The maximum percentage of plasma cells was 26.0%. Conclusion The percentage of plasma cells in bone marrow is not high in 46 cases of RP patients. Most of juvenile plasma cells are rare, and plasma cells are not uncommon.
