GC及ETP处理证实,蜡梅内源乙烯匮乏,且对外源乙烯不敏感,是非乙烯跃变及乙烯不敏感切花.衰老期间IAA及ABA显著增加,是主要促衰因子.iPA呈单峰曲线,绽开期最高.SOD及MDA的动态表明了与衰老过程的规律性反相关.经鉴定,具邻二酚羟基的黄酮醇———槲皮素为蜡梅花瓣主要色素之一,并测定了其动态.结合蜡梅的衰老表现类型讨论了内源激素对蜡梅衰老的调节
The results of GC and ETP showed that endogenous ethylene was scarce in endosperm and not sensitive to exogenous ethylene, which was a non-ethylene transition and ethylene insensitive cut. IAA and ABA significantly increased during aging, is the main factor to promote decline. iPA showed a single peak curve, the highest bloom. The dynamics of SOD and MDA indicate an inverse correlation with the regularity of the aging process. It has been identified that o-diphenol hydroxy-flavonoid --- quercetin is one of the main pigments of the plum blossom petal and its dynamics are measured. Combined with the senescence manifestations of Chimonanthus, the regulation of endogenous hormones on Senescence of Chimonanthus praecox is discussed
