干旱演变驱动机制是科学认识干旱问题和制定有效防旱抗旱政策的理论基础。针对气象干旱、水文干旱和农业干旱3种干旱类型,分别分析了其形成过程,并阐述了其之间的关系;采用“驱动力-压力-状态-响应”模式构建了干旱演变驱动机制总体研究框架,并探讨了干旱演变驱动力系统构成、干旱演变驱动机制、变化环境下干旱演变规律及其响应等关键科学问题。
The driving mechanism of drought evolution is the theoretical basis for scientifically understanding the drought problem and formulating an effective anti-drought and drought-fighting policy. For the three types of drought, such as meteorological drought, hydrological drought and agricultural drought, the formation process and the relationship between them were analyzed respectively. The driving mechanism of drought evolution was constructed using "driving force - pressure - state - response The overall research framework, and discusses the key scientific issues such as the formation of the driving force system of drought evolution, the driving mechanism of drought evolution, the law of drought evolution and its response in changing environment.
