曾经参加过一家日资企业的面试,真是让我既好气又好笑。在面试之前,要求应聘者先做一份笔试考卷。我不知道他们会考些什么,猜想一定是和我应聘的工作相关的专业问题吧,临时抱佛脚,把过去的专业教材再拿出来“温故而知新”了一遍。可在拿到试卷的那一刻我傻眼了,是一份全英文的心理测试卷。心理测试我做过,可是英文版的从未见过,平日里都是无聊时当消谴的,从未想到它们会出现在这么正式的场合。真不知道公司是要测试我们英文水平呢,还是要测试我们的心理是否健康,或是两者兼而有之。
Once participated in a Japanese company interview, it really made me both angry and funny. Before the interview, candidates are required to do a written examination papers. I do not know what they are going to test. I guess it must be a professional issue related to the job I am applying for. I will try my best to make the past professional materials available again. I am dumbfounded at the moment I got the test paper, is a full English psychological test volume. Psychological tests I have done, but the English version has never been seen, usually boring when the censure, never thought they will appear in such a formal occasion. I really do not know the company is to test our English level, or to test our mental health, or both.
