世界卫生组织曾针对身心健康方面的问题给人类造成的严重危害下过断言:“没有任何一项灾难比身心健康的不良发展带来的痛苦更深重。”从国际劳工组织的调查中,我们也不难发现员工的身心健康对企业乃至一国经济的负面影响。一些管理学者的研究则进一步表明,由人组成的企业组织如果漠视员工的身心健康,那么员工的消极情绪不仅会影响员工个人的工作表现,也会影响企业的整体业绩。这样的组织迟早是要出问题的,因为企业的健康有赖于员工的身心健康。
The World Health Organization once made serious assertions that human and physical health problems have caused serious damage: “No disaster is more painful than the unpleasant development of physical and mental health.” From the ILO’s investigation, It is not difficult for us to discover the negative impact of the physical and mental health of employees on the economy of a company or even a country. Some management scholars’ studies further show that if a corporate organization made up of people disregards the physical and mental health of employees, the negative emotions of employees will not only affect the performance of individual employees but also affect the overall performance of the company. Sooner or later, such organizations will have problems, because the health of enterprises depends on their physical and mental health.
