针对镶铸双金属涡轮结构复杂的特性,开展了超声双探头法在结合界面区域检测方法的研究。首先,利用声线模型研究了超声声束对涡轮结合界面的覆盖及反射规律;双探头法利用有无缺陷处波幅差来判别缺陷;然后,用有限元分析软件对声波在涡轮内部的传播规律进行仿真。试验对象为带人工缺陷的涡轮,利用双探头法配合多角度楔块对其进行检测。结果表明,缺陷信号明显,缺陷定位精度高,绝对误差不超过2mm。
Aiming at the complex characteristics of the bimetallic turbine inlay, the method of ultrasonic double probe method in the interface area is studied. First of all, the acoustic beam model was used to study the coverage and reflection law of the ultrasonic beam to the turbine interface. The dual probe method was used to determine the defect with the amplitude difference of the defect. Then, the propagation of the acoustic wave inside the turbine was analyzed by finite element analysis software Simulation. The test object for the turbine with artificial defects, the use of dual-probe method with multi-angle wedge to its detection. The results show that the defect signal is obvious, the defect location accuracy is high, the absolute error is less than 2mm.
