新疆哈图金矿的含金矿石,是一种以低硫化物含金石英为主、毒砂及黄铁矿矿化含金蚀变围岩为次的脉金矿,该矿石先经混汞提取大部分单体金后,予以浮选,可获得一含砷约5—6%的金精矿,该精矿经细磨后直接氰化,金浸率仅62%左右,本文所述工艺,拟将其预先焙烧后再行氰化,这样,金浸率可达92%以上,其氰化残渣含金也由原来的26克/吨降至5—6克/吨,从而大幅度提高了金收率,且通过焙烧,砷也能以白砷(As_2O_3)形态附带回收,达到综合利用资源的目的。
