随着科学技术的不断发展和生产力水平的不断提高,人力资源管理信息化已成为企业的核心战略。在此基础上,企业如何正确合理的利用人力资源管理信息化,同时找出信息化问题的解决方法是企业未来发展好坏的关键。本文在这一背景下,分析信息技术与人力资源管理的现状,提出解决人力资源管理信息化现存问题的对策。
With the continuous development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of productivity, human resources management information has become the company’s core strategy. On this basis, how enterprises can use human resources management information correctly and reasonably and find solutions to information problems is the key to the future development of the company. In this context, this paper analyzes the current situation of information technology and human resource management and proposes solutions to the existing problems of human resources management informationization.
