随着我国人口老龄化的到来,老年教育越来越受到社会的关注。基层老年学校已成为解决老年人就近求学的重要阵地。但由于多数基层老年学校起步晚、条件差,教师队伍参差不齐,教学质量不高,因而严重影响了基层老年学校的发展,难以满足社区老年人的精神文化需求。本文试就基层老年学校教师队伍建设现状和对策予以解析,与同行们切磋。
With the advent of the aging population in our country, education for the aged is receiving more and more attention from the society. Grassroots senior schools have become an important front for solving the problems of old people going to school nearby. However, because most grass-roots senior schools start late, poor conditions, the teaching staff is uneven and their teaching quality is not high, the development of grass-root schools at the grass-roots level is seriously affected and the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly in the community are hard to be met. This paper tries to analyze the status quo and countermeasures of the construction of teachers’ ranks in grass-roots senior schools and discuss with their counterparts.
