中华劳动卫生与职业病学会劳动卫生管理学组成立暨首届学术会议于1990年5月8日～11日在辽宁省大连市召开。全国各地的高层次卫生管理人员、著名劳动卫生学专家和区、县、厂矿的基层人员聚集一堂,各抒己见,就我国的劳动卫生、社会管理的组织体制、法律建设、人才管理问题和监督监测规范进行了广泛充分的论证,同时,对劳动卫生管理中的程序化、标准化问题及质量控制、档案信息管理等进行了热烈的讨论。这次会议气氛活跃,充满了团结、求实、创新
The establishment of the Labor Health Management Team of the Chinese Institute of Occupational Health and Occupational Diseases and the first academic conference were held on May 8th to 11th, 1990 in Dalian, Liaoning Province. High-level health managers from all parts of the country, well-known experts in labor hygiene, and grass-roots workers from districts, counties, factories, and mines gathered together to share their views on the organization of labor hygiene and social management in China, legal construction, talent management issues, and supervision and monitoring standards. Conducted extensive and full argumentation. At the same time, there was a lively discussion on proceduralization, standardization issues, quality control, and file information management in labor hygiene management.
