利用超声波法提取茼蒿中的黄酮类化合物,采用响应面法优化黄酮类物质的提取工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,根据Box-Behnken试验设计原理,利用响应面法分析可得黄酮类物质的最佳提取工艺条件:料液比1:31.9、乙醇体积分数63.4%、提取时间59.7min和提取温度52.9℃。决定系数R2=94.45%,表明方程拟合度较好。因此,基于响应面法分析所得的优化提取工艺参数准确可靠,具有实用价值。
Flavonoids from Artemisia selengensis were extracted by ultrasonic method, and the extraction technology of flavonoids was optimized by response surface methodology. Based on the single-factor experiment and the Box-Behnken experimental design principle, the optimal extraction conditions of flavonoids were obtained by response surface methodology. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: the ratio of solid to liquid was 1: 31.9, the volume fraction of ethanol was 63.4%, the extraction time was 59.7 min And extraction temperature of 52.9 ℃. The coefficient of determination R2 = 94.45%, indicating that the equation fit better. Therefore, the optimized extraction process parameters based on response surface analysis are accurate and reliable, and have practical value.
