目的了解医学院学生近年来人体蠕形螨的感染现状,为治疗和预防提供依据。方法采用透明胶带粘贴法,对部分在校集体住宿的大学生进行蠕形螨感染的调查。胶带置于光镜下检查,阳性片计数虫数并进行虫种鉴定。结果共调查108名学生。总感染率为50.93%(55/108),男生感染率为52.78%(19/36),女生感染率为50%(36/72),男生与女生感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。单纯毛囊蠕形螨感染占60%(33/55),单纯皮脂蠕形螨感染占5.45%(3/55),混合感染占34.55%(19/55)。轻度感染占89.1%(49/55)。鼻部感染(41/55)较额部(19/55)、颊部(21/55)高。结论我院蠕形螨总感染率较高,但以轻度感染为主,毛囊蠕形螨感染高于皮脂蠕形螨,感染以鼻部为主,感染者无性别差异。
Objective To understand the status quo of human Demodex infection in medical students in recent years and provide the basis for treatment and prevention. Methods The adhesive tape was used to investigate the infection of Demodex in some college students who stayed in the university. Tape placed under the light microscope to check the number of positive tablets counting insect species and identification. Results A total of 108 students were investigated. The total infection rate was 50.93% (55/108). The male infection rate was 52.78% (19/36) and the female infection rate was 50% (36/72). There was no significant difference between male and female infection rates (P> 0.05 ). Demodex folliculorum infection accounted for 60% (33/55), pure dermatophyte infection accounted for 5.45% (3/55), mixed infection accounted for 34.55% (19/55). Mild infections accounted for 89.1% (49/55). Nasal infections (41/55) were higher in the forehead (19/55) and higher in the cheek (21/55). Conclusion The total infection rate of Demodex mites in our hospital is high, but mild infection is the main infection. The infection of Demodex folliculorum is higher than Demodex mites, and the infection is mainly in the nose. There is no gender difference in infection.
