从网上得知,上海有位历史教师叫邓玉平,为了缅怀曾当过红军已辞世十多年的父亲、纪念红军长征胜利70周年,她非常执著地要循着父亲的足迹走一遭。2004年暑假,她背起行囊,终于实现了这一夙愿。邓玉平此行路漫漫,途经川、甘、陕三省近10个城市60余个城镇,访问了+几位红军老战士,走访了各地党史办,参观了50余处革命旧址,搜集了大量红军长征资料,写下了14万多字的访问日记,被沿途的一些媒体称为“重走红四方面军长征路的第一人”。虽然时过境迁,重走的艰辛岂能与父辈的真走相比,不过邓玉平也遇到了水土不服、高原缺氧等严峻挑战,途中还被毒草严重扎伤,至今已过去了近两年腿脚还行走困难,但她当时并未因此消磨意志畏缩不前,而是勇敢地坚持走完了红四方面军长征路线,留下了新时代精彩的另一种长征故事。是什么力量,引领、支撑着邓玉平这样去做?她说:“重走长征路,就是在走近心中珍藏已久的渴望,就是要在平凡的日子里寻找一种伟大的精神;就是要在理想和信仰的征程中,去感悟生命的意义。”一位香港朋友给邓玉平发短信说:“山水动,不如心动;千足迹,不如心迹。回首万余公里,是谁的脚步,感动了万千人的心扉?”我们说,这感人心扉的脚步来自英勇的先辈们,也来自邓玉平们自己。我们钦佩邓玉平老师的勇气和毅力,故而持别约请邓老师写了一组文章由本刊发表,以便与更多读者朋友一起,用心追着先辈的足迹去,感受伟大的长征精神。
