高新区中国南京留学人员创业园改造工程内部装修改造项目,顶部均为复杂造型的纸面石膏板吊顶,局部配合木饰面装饰。墙面以抛光砖和木饰面为主要装饰物,局部背景墙以实木花格、氟碳喷涂铝板、软硬包装饰,地面以天然石材和高档抛光砖为主,配以拉丝不锈钢踢脚线。施工中充分尊重原建筑的设计,体现简洁与现代的建筑风格的协调性与延续性,从造型、材质色彩、灯光、比例等多方面寻求内外和谐,使其气氛清雅而不失华贵,整体装饰效果简洁、明亮,高雅中透着大气。综合考虑不同空间中人的行为因素,力求创造舒适、清新、高效的环境,并赋予空间较高的艺术特色和文化品位,体现以人为本的自然和谐氛围。
