针对Al2O3陶瓷激光打孔存在重铸层、微裂纹等问题,提出了Al2O3陶瓷低压水射流激光复合打孔的方法。通过对比分析,研究了水射流流速对Al2O3陶瓷直接激光打孔与低压水射流激光复合打孔形貌的影响规律。研究结果表明,该复合打孔技术利用射流速的冲蚀作用,可以大大减少材料表面熔渣的堆积,从而减少甚至避免重铸层和微裂纹的产生。
Aiming at the problems of redistributed layer and micro-cracks in the Al2O3 ceramic laser drilling, a method of laser drilling of Al2O3 ceramic low pressure water jet was proposed. Through comparative analysis, the effect of water jet velocity on the laser drilling of Al2O3 ceramic by direct laser drilling and low pressure water jet laser was studied. The results show that the composite drilling technology can reduce the accumulation of slag on the surface of the material by using jet velocity erosion, so as to reduce or even avoid the occurrence of recast layer and micro-cracks.
