针对当前的数控机床故障诊断的技术和方法难以有效融合的问题,本文对当前数控机床的故障诊断进行综述,首先研究了本文的研究背景;其次,国内外研究现状与发展趋势;再次,对数控机床故障诊断的研究现状进行了分析。最后得出以达到对数控机床故障准确判断和定位、快速响应、及时上报、排除故障、恢复设备的正常工作状态的目的是我们对数控机床故障诊断的核心。
Aiming at the problem that the current techniques and methods of NC machine tool fault diagnosis are difficult to be effectively fused, this paper summarizes the current fault diagnosis of CNC machine tools, firstly, studies the research background of this paper; secondly, the research status and development trend at home and abroad; The research status of machine fault diagnosis is analyzed. Finally, it is concluded that the purpose of accurate diagnosis and positioning of NC machine tool failure, quick response, timely reporting, troubleshooting and restoration of the normal working status of CNC machine tool is the core of fault diagnosis of CNC machine tool.
