针对新疆沙漠油田地下水水质差,现场作业人员饮水困难问题,研制了一套沙漠油田板式蒸馏淡化装置。该装置采用8效蒸发器加1效冷凝器结构,热源为槽式太阳能集热器或燃气发电机组配套余热锅炉提供的热水,额定产水量为1 m~3/h。通过理论分析,建立了传热传质数学模型,并对预处理系统、进料水系统、产品水系统、浓盐水系统、抽真空系统、加热水系统和清洗系统的设计,以及装置关键部件的研发做了分析说明。该装置在现场通过了全流程稳定性测试,应用结果表明,能够满足新疆沙漠油田现场作业人员饮用水要求,具有较好的推广应用前景。
Aiming at the problems of poor groundwater quality and difficulty of drinking water for field workers in desert oil field in Xinjiang, a set of plate distillation desalination device of desert oil field was developed. The device adopts 8-effect evaporator and 1-effect condenser structure. The heat source is hot water provided by the trough solar collector or gas-fired generator set heat recovery boiler, and the rated water production is 1 m ~ 3 / h. Through the theoretical analysis, the mathematical model of heat and mass transfer was established, and the design of pretreatment system, feed water system, product water system, brine system, vacuum system, heating water system and cleaning system, as well as the key components of the device R & D done analysis. The device passed the whole process stability test at the site. The application results show that the device can meet the drinking water requirement of field workers in desert oil fields in Xinjiang and has good prospect of popularization and application.
