设于输水隧洞检修闸门上的柱塞式充水门,在充水过程中流态十分复杂,易于发生流激振动破坏.本文介绍密云水库的一个柱塞式充水l司出现流激振动后进行的水工模型试验情况.该试验研究了这种充水门孔内的流速、压力脉动情况,分析了小开度下缝隙流特征,并研究将进口外表面加设导流隔板,入口颈内设置顺流向肋条,出口加设孔板等项措施,有效地改善了流态,防止振动发生,使该充水门能正常投入运行.
The plunger-type water-filled door located on the gate of the water diversion tunnel is very complicated in flow-filling process and prone to flow-induced vibration damage. This paper introduces a hydrodynamic model test carried out after a plunger-type water filling in Miyun Reservoir subjected to flow-induced vibration. The experiment investigates the flow rate and pressure pulsation in the water-filled gate, analyzes the characteristics of the slit flow under the small opening and studies the introduction of the guide bulkhead on the outer surface of the inlet. The inlet neck is provided with the downstream rib and the outlet plus Set holes and other measures to effectively improve the flow, to prevent the occurrence of vibration so that the water can be properly put into operation.
