采用热处理-水泥固化/稳定化技术对电镀污泥中的重金属进行稳定化、固定化处置,研究了掺杂混凝土的力学性能与浸出毒性。结果表明,热处理对电镀污泥减量化效益明显,残渣中铜、镍有富集作用,但其形态从可交换态向残渣态过渡较为明显(分别达到82.46%和96.58%),生物安全性得到明显提高。再将电镀污泥掺入混凝土,按照不同比例将水泥与电镀污泥混掺制砖,其中以80:20配比水泥块力学性能最好,浸出毒性达到国标限值要求。
The heat treatment - cement solidification / stabilization technology was used to stabilize and immobilize the heavy metals in the electroplating sludge. The mechanical properties and leaching toxicity of the doped concrete were studied. The results showed that the heat treatment had significant effect on the reduction of electroplating sludge, and the enrichment of copper and nickel in the residue was obvious. However, the transition from the exchangeable state to the residue state was more obvious (82.46% and 96.58% respectively), and biosafety Obvious improvement.
