December 11, 1843 R Koch was born in Clausthal, Germany. 23-year-old graduated from the Göttingen University School of Medicine, worked in the hospital in Hamburg and Rick Waws in the Posen area practicing medicine. The 1870 Franco-Prussian War volunteer for military service.
