各地区行署,各市、县、自治县人民政府,区直各委、办、厅、局:根据新修订的《中华人民共和国统计法》和《国务院批转国家统计局关于建立国家普查制度改革统计调查体系请示的通知》(国发〔1994〕42号)的规定,今年将开展第二次全国基本单位普查,普查的时点为2001年12月31日。为了做好我区的普查工作,现将有关事项通知如下:一、基本单位普查是我国一项重大的国情国力调查,其目的是摸清当前我国各类单位的底数,反映第一次全国基本单位普查以来各类单位的发展变化情况,重点掌握全国基本单位
