中职院校应该积极承担起向社会输送职业型人才的责任,在英语教学中,一定重视学生应用能力的培养,提升学生的语言实践能力,为他们将来的职业发展打下基础。本文从就业导向视角下讨论中职学生英语应用能力的提升策略,从教学模式落后,师资水平不足以及培养模式落后三方面阐述了导致中职学生英语应用能力欠缺的原因,在此基础上提出了相应的解决措施,以期为中职英语教学的职业化发展提供建议。
Secondary vocational schools should take on the responsibility of transporting professional talents to the society actively. In English teaching, they must attach importance to the cultivation of students ’practical abilities, enhance students’ ability of language practice, and lay the foundation for their future career development. This article discusses the promotion strategies of English ability of secondary vocational students from the perspective of employment orientation, elaborates the reasons that lead to the lack of English ability of secondary vocational students from three aspects: the backward teaching mode, the insufficient level of teachers and the training mode.
