第二章真空击穿的引发机制真空中相距较近的电极之间,施以高电压,常会出现极间电流。开始时为微弱的预击穿电流;随着极间电压的升高,电流迅速增长;电压超过阈值时即发生真空击穿。击穿时,极间绝缘性能全部被破坏,极间电流可逾数千安。对于真空击穿的引发机制,依据电极的间距大小与表面状态等因素提出过各种解释,公认的主要有:(1)场发射现象,(2)微放电现象,(3)微粒现象。
