在浮选新工艺中 ,使用两性捕收剂 6RO 12和新型抑制剂RPO3 ,对萤石浮选进行了研究 .当原矿品位为30 .2 5 %CaF2 、36 .2 %SiO2 、2 .12 %CaCO3 时 ,可得品位为 97.35 %CaF2 、1.5 8%SiO2 、0 .43%CaCO3 ,回收率为 :6 8.6%的萤石精矿 .光电子能谱研究表明 ,RPO3 抑制方解石的机理在于 ,RPO3 能在脉石表面发生化学吸附或化学反应 .
In the new flotation process, fluorite flotation was studied using the amphoteric collector 6RO 12 and the novel inhibitor RPO 3. When the raw ore grade was 30.25% CaF2, 36.2% SiO2, 2.12% CaCO3, the yield of fluorite concentrate was 97.35% CaF2, 1.58% SiO2, 0.43% CaCO3 and the recovery rate was 8.66% .The photoelectron spectroscopy study showed that the mechanism of RPO3 inhibiting calcite was that RPO3 energy In the gangue surface chemical adsorption or chemical reaction.
