作为当代技术哲学中一种新的技术理念的技术控制主义,具有其产生的历史渊源,并在发展中经历着思想内容的变化。手工工具技术时代,在技术以伦理道德为目标并遵循“适中”原则的要求中,体现了对技术进行控制的思想萌芽。蒸汽-机器技术时代,对技术进行控制的意识开始觉醒。电气技术时代,随着技术问题的凸显,技术悲观主义盛行,对技术进行控制成了一种理性诉求。自动化技术时代,技术控制主义开始逐渐成为一种新的技术理念,对技术进行控制成了人们的共识。进入21世纪以来,对技术进行有效控制的手段问题得到了深入思考。
As a new technical idea in contemporary philosophy of technology, technological controlism has its historical origins and undergoing the changes of its ideological content in its development. In the era of manual tool technology, the idea that technology takes ethics as its goal and follows the principle of “moderate” embodies the idea of controlling technology. In the steam-machine technology era, the awareness of technology control began to awaken. In the era of electrical technology, with the prominent technical problems and the prevalence of technical pessimism, the control of technology has become a rational demand. In the era of automation technology, technological controlism began to gradually become a new technical concept, and control of technology became the consensus of people. Since entering the 21st century, the issue of effective control of technology has been deeply pondered.
